Batch printing means the process of printing more than one ballot style on a ballot on demand system from a file that was originally generated from another file system (e.g. sending a print queue for the daily VBM applications). Batch printing does not include printing a quantity of ballots for a single ballot style.

1. Renumbering of former section 20208 to section 20209 and new section 20208 filed 3-26-2013; operative 7-1-2013 (Register 2013, No. 13).
2. Amendment of section heading and repealer and new section filed 1-11-2018; operative 1-11-2018 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2018, No. 2).
