The XML standard adopted in this state for electronic transmission of UCC records is an XML format adopted by the International Association of Commercial Administrators and published on the Secretary of State's website.
1. New article 3 (sections 22600.6-22600.8) and section filed 6-21-2004; operative 6-21-2004 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4 (Register 2004, No. 26).
2. Amendment of article heading and section filed 5-29-2014; operative 7-1-2014 (Register 2014, No. 22).
