Section 18931.2 - Definition of "Article Published"

(a) For purposes of Government Code Sections 89501 through 89506, an "article published" means a nonfictional written work:
(b) For purposes of this regulation, an individual receives payment for an article published if the individual receives a payment for:
(c) "Article" does not include books, plays, or screenplays.
