Section 18704.3 - Determining when a Public Official is Using or Attempting to Use His or Her Official Position to Influence a Governmental Decision. [Repealed]

1. Change without regulatory effect renumbering former section 18702.3 to section 18704.3, including amendment of section heading and subsection (a), filed 4-27-2015.
