Section 1187.14 - Substitution of Parties and Dismissal of a Matter

(a) A matter, other than a test claim, that has been withdrawn in accordance with section 1187.12 or deemed abandoned in accordance with section 1187.13, may be dismissed by the executive director. Commission staff shall issue a written notice of dismissal to everyone on the mailing list for the matter to be dismissed.
(b) A test claim that has been withdrawn or deemed abandoned may be dismissed by the Commission on its own motion or by a motion of a party after notice and an opportunity to be heard has been provided to the claimant, parties and interested parties as provided below.
