Section 599.672.1 - Duplicate Compensation Prohibited - Excluded Employees

For the purposes of this section an excluded employee is defined in Government Code section 3527(b).
(a) In addition to section 599.672 of these regulations, when night jury service is required of an excluded employee, the excluded employee shall be allowed time off without loss of compensation for such portion of the required time that coincides with the excluded employee's normal work schedule. This includes any necessary travel time.
