Section 930 - Report of Violations

(a) Any action taken by the AHJ for violations against a registered Trainee, Apprentice, or Certified Fire Sprinkler Fitter shall be submitted in a written report to the Office of the State Fire Marshal within fifteen (15) days of the issuance of a Notice of Violation or Correction Order. The written report shall contain at a minimum the violator's name, employer, certification or registration number, job location, date of issuance, and a description of each offense.

(b) Any report submitted by the AHJ for violations against a registered Apprentice may be forwarded by the OSFM to the Division of Apprenticeship Standards (DAS).

(c) Any report submitted to the OSFM by the AHJ for violations against a C-16 may be forwarded to the California Contractors State License Board (CSLB).
