(a) Violators are subject to a Notice of Violation or Correction Order issued by the SFM, SFM Designee or AHJ and shall contain at a minimum the violator's name, employer, certification or registration number, job location, date, and a description of the offense.

(b) If a Notice of Violation or Correction Order is not corrected within seventy-two (72) hours of issuance, the SFM, SFM Designee or AHJ is authorized to issue a "Stop Work Order" as defined in Title 24, California Code of Regulations, Part 9 and in accordance with Section 929.
