Section 95408 - Purpose
The purpose of this regulation is to establish a schedule of annual greenhouse gas emissions reduction standards for an eligible fuel cell electrical generation resource as required by section 2827.10 of the Public Utilities Code.
1. New subarticle 5.2 (sections 95408-95412) and section filed 10-26-2020; operative 10-26-2020 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4 (Register 2020, No. 44). Filing deadline specified in Government Code section 11349.3(a) extended 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-40-20 and an additional 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-66-20.
