Section 4571 - Definitions

For purposes of this Article, the following terms have the following meanings:

(a) "Annual statement" means an annual statement that complies with the requirements of Section 4542.

(b) "Delinquent" means that a license is expired and subject to the late delinquency fee required in Section 4580.

(c) "In good standing," in reference to a license, means that a license is not subject to an order, action, or status as defined in Business and Professions Code section 6542(b), or expired, delinquent, or surrendered.

(d) "Retired license" means a license placed in a retired status pursuant to Section 4572.
