The delivery of veterinary care shall be provided in a competent and humane manner. All aspects of veterinary medicine shall be performed in a manner consistent with current veterinary medical practice in this state.
1. Repealer
and new section filed 7-16-80; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 80,
No. 29).
2. Renumbering of former section
2032 to section
2032.4 and new section
2032 filed 5-25-2000; operative
6-24-2000 (Register 2000, No. 21).
