Section 1399.663 - Review of Specialty Board Applications; Processing Time

(a) Within 30 working days of receipt of an application for specialty board approval, the Podiatric Medical Board of California (PMBC) shall inform the applicant in writing that it is either complete and accepted for filing and referral to a podiatric medical consultant selected by PMBC or that it is deficient and what specific information or documentation is required to complete the application.

(b) Within 918 calendar days from the date of filing of a completed application, PMBC shall inform the applicant in writing of its decision regarding the applicant's approval as a specialty board.
