Section 1399.659 - Probation and Reinstatement of Suspended or Revoked Certificates

Doctors of podiatric medicine whose certificates have been subject to disciplinary action shall be subject to the provisions of Article 3 of Chapter 2 of Division 13 (commencing with Section 1358), except where those provisions are in conflict with or inconsistent with the provisions of this article.

2. Renumbering from Section 1367 to Section 1399.659 and amendment filed 12-7-79; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 79, No. 49).
3. Amendment filed 8-4-83; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 83, No. 32).
4. Amendment of section heading, section and NOTE filed 8-25-2021; operative 8-25-2021 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2021, No. 35). Filing deadline specified in Government Code section 11349.3(a) extended 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-40-20 and an additional 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-71-20.
