Section 1399.416 - Equivalent Training and Clinical Experience Qualifying for Licensure

In order for documented educational training and clinical experience to qualify for licensure under Section 4938(a)(2)(C) of the Code, the applicant shall document that such education and experience meets the requirements of Section 1399.434. All foreign trained applicants shall submit documentation of the applicant's education to a credentials evaluation service that is a member of the National Association of Credentials Evaluation Services, Inc. for review and a report to the Board. This report shall be filed by the applicant with the applicant's application for examination.
