A physical therapist may apply or administer those topical medications listed in this section in accordance with the provisions of this article:
(a) Bacteriocidal agents;
(b) Debriding agents;
(c) Topical anesthetic agents;
(d) Anti-inflammatory agents;
(e) Antispasmodic agents; and
(f) Adrenocortico-steroids.
