(a) Patients shall be provided an opportunity to report an illness or any other health problem and receive an evaluation of the condition and medically necessary treatment and follow-up by health care staff.
1. Change
without regulatory effect renumbering and amending former subsections
3354.2(b)-(c)(4)(G)
to new section 3999.206 filed 8-6-2018 pursuant to section
100, title 1, California Code of
Regulations (Register 2018, No. 32).
2. Amendment of section heading
and repealer of subsections (b)-(b)(4)(G) filed 3-12-2019 as an emergency;
operative 3-12-2019 (Register 2019, No. 11). Pursuant to Penal Code section
5058.3, a
Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 8-19-2019 or emergency
language will be repealed by operation of law on the following
day.
3. Certificate of Compliance as to 3-12-2019 order transmitted
to OAL 8-14-2019 and filed 9-24-2019 (Register 2019, No. 39).
