Section 3999.23 - Enterprise Inmate Communication - Pilot Program. [Repealed]

1. New section filed 5-11-2017; operative 5-11-2017 pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.1(c). Submitted to OAL for filing with the Secretary of State and printing only pursuant to pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.1(b) (Register 2017, No. 19). Section shall lapse by operation of law on 5-11-2019 pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.1(d) unless formally adopted as a regulation pursuant to Chapter 3.5 (commencing with section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
2. Repealed by operation of Penal Code section 5058.1(d) (Register 2019, No. 33).
