Section 3999.20 - Cognitive Behavioral Interventions for Sex Offenders Pilot Program. [Repealed]

1. New section filed 10-19-2016; operative 10-19-2016 pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.1(c). Submitted to OAL for filing with the Secretary of State and printing only pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.1(b) (Register 2016, No. 43). Section shall lapse by operation of law on 10-19-2018 pursuant to Penal Code 5058.1(d) unless formally adopted as a regulation pursuant to Chapter 3.5 (commending with section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the Government Code.
2. Expired by operation of law 12-14-2017 pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.1(d) (Register 2018, No. 44).
