1. New
subchapter 8, article 1 (section 3999.1.1) and section filed 10-1-96; operative
10-1-96. Submitted to OAL for printing only as a pilot program pursuant to
Penal Code section
5058(d).
(Register 96, No. 40). New section 3999.1.1 shall lapse by operation of law on
August 13, 1998 unless formally adopted as a regulation pursuant to Chapter 3.5
(commencing with Section 11340) of Part 1 of Division 3 of Title 2 of the
Government Code.
2. Repealed by operation of law 8-13-98 (Register
98, No. 37).
