The Drug Treatment Network Program utilizes an education based program designed to provide substance abuse and relapse prevention instruction to supervised persons in need of substance abuse education. The Drug Treatment Network Program utilizes, but is not limited to, the Substance Abuse Treatment and Recovery (STAR) Program. All supervised persons are eligible for placement in the Drug Treatment Network Program who voluntarily agree to participate in the program.
