Section 3751 - Criteria for Placement of a Parole Hold

(a) A supervised person suspected of a parole violation may be detained by a parole hold for any of the following reasons:

(1) The supervised person is a danger to the person or property of another.

(2) The supervised person is suspected of a parole violation and is believed to be at high risk to abscond from parole supervision based on prior parole supervision history or other case factors or information.
