Renumbering and amendment of former section 3403 to new subsections
3401(b) and
3401(c), and
repealer of Comment filed 9-13-96 as an emergency; operative 9-13-96. A
Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 2-24-97 or emergency
language will be repealed by operation of law on the following
day.
2. Certificate of Compliance as to 9-13-96 order transmitted to
OAL 11-22-96 and filed 1-6-97 (Register 97, No. 2).
