If an incarcerated person is approved for release by the Board of Parole Hearings under Section 2449.4 of Division 2 of this title and the decision is not vacated or overturned by the Board of Parole Hearings, the Division of Adult Institutions shall release the incarcerated person 60 calendar days from the date of the Board of Parole Hearings' decision unless the incarcerated person has an additional term to serve for an in-prison offense. incarcerated person released pursuant to this section shall be released in accordance with Section 4755 of the Penal Code, Section 3075.2 of this title, and any other procedures required by law, including required notifications to victims and law enforcement agencies.
