1.
Editorial correction of printing error in subsection (a) (Register 92, No.
5).
2. Amendment of subsections (b) and (c) filed 1-3-95 as an
emergency; operative 1-3-95 (Register 95, No. 1). A Certificate of Compliance
must be transmitted to OAL 6-12-95 or emergency language will be repealed by
operation of law on the following day.
3. Certificate of Compliance
as to 1-3-95 order including amendment of section and NOTE transmitted to OAL
6-12-95 and filed 7-25-95 (Register 95, No. 30).
4. Change without
regulatory effect renumbering subsections from former section 3361 to sections
3999.207(b) and
