Amendment of subsection (a)(9)(G) filed 2-16-83; effective thirtieth day
thereafter (Register 83, No. 8).
2. Editorial correction of
subsection (a)(9)(G) filed 2-17-83 (Register 83, No. 8).

Editorial correction of printing error in subsection (a)(5)(A) (Register 92,
No. 5).
4. Amendment of subsection (a)(2) and NOTE filed 6-17-94 as
an emergency; operative 6-17-94 (Register 94, No. 24). A Certificate of
Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 10-15-94 or emergency language will be
repealed by operation of law on the following day.
