1. New section filed 7-18-2017 as an emergency; operative 9-1-2017 (Register 2017, No. 29). Pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.3, a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 2-8-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
2. New section refiled 2-1-2018 as an emergency; operative 2-9-2018 (Register 2018, No. 5). Pursuant to Penal Code section 5058.3, a Certificate of Compliance must be transmitted to OAL by 5-10-2018 or emergency language will be repealed by operation of law on the following day.
3. Certificate of Compliance as to 2-1-2018 order, including amendment of subsections (f), (f)(1) and (f)(2)(C), repealer of subsection (f)(2)(C)1., subsection renumbering, amendment of newly designated subsection (f)(2)(C)1. and subsection (f)(4)(B) and amendment of NOTE, transmitted to OAL 5-3-2018 and filed 6-13-2018; amendments operative 6-13-2018 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2018, No. 24).
4. Change without regulatory effect renumbering former section 3087.6 to new section 3999.231 filed 8-6-2018 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2018, No. 32).
