Incarcerated persons who are granted a furlough or temporary leave must comply with all departmental rules and regulations governing such programs; with any conditions for approval; and, with all applicable laws; and must meet eligibility requirements in accordance with departmental procedures and Sections 2690, 2691, 6250 et seq., 6263 of the Penal Code and Section 3306 of the Welfare and Institutions Code.
