Section 3020 - Incarcerated Person Activity Groups

(a) Incarcerated persons may not establish or participate in the establishment or activities of any incarcerated person club, incarcerated person activity group, or any association or organization of incarcerated persons within the institution except as specifically approved by the warden or superintendent, as provided in Sections 3233-3235.

(b) Incarcerated person participation in an approved activity group will not be cause to deny or restrict regular correspondence and visitation rights with persons who are approved to attend and participate in such inside incarcerated person group activities.
