Section 356 - Request for Appeal Hearing by Board

(a) If a county or city is dissatisfied with the decision of the Executive Officer, it may file a request for an appeal hearing with the Chair of the Board. Such appeal shall be filed within 30 calendar days after receipt of the Executive Officer's decision.
(b) The request shall be in writing and:
1. Amendment of subsection (a) filed 5-7-82; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 82, No. 19).
2. Amendment of subsections (a) and (b)(3) filed 7-1-96; operative 7-31-96 (Register 96, No. 27).
3. Change without regulatory effect amending subsection (a) and NOTE filed 1-7-2010 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2010, No. 2).
4. Amendment of subsection (a) and NOTE filed 10-9-2014; operative 10-9-2014 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2014, No. 41).
