Section 353 - Appeal to the Executive Officer

(a) If a county or city is dissatisfied with an action of the Board staff, it may appeal the cause of the dissatisfaction to the Executive Officer. Such appeal shall be filed within 30 calendar days of the notification of the action with which the county or city is dissatisfied.
(b) The appeal shall be in writing and:
1. Amendment of subsection (a) filed 5-7-82; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 82, No. 19).
2. Amendment of subsection (a) filed 10-22-86; designated effective 7-1-87 (Register 87, No. 22).
3. Amendment of subsections (a) and (b)(3) filed 7-1-96; operative 7-31-96 (Register 96, No. 27).
4. Change without regulatory effect amending section heading, subsections (a) and (b)(2) and NOTE filed 1-7-2010 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2010, No. 2).
5. Amendment of section heading, section and NOTE filed 10-9-2014; operative 10-9-2014 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2014, No. 41).
