Section 296 - Date for Submission of Application

A county or city shall submit an application and annual training plan for participation in the program no later than April 15, of each calendar year, to be effective for the following fiscal year starting July 1.

1. Certificate of Compliance including amendment filed 12-1-80 (Register 80, No. 49).
2. Amendment filed 10-22-86; designated effective 7-1-87 (Register 87, No. 22).
3. Amendment filed 7-1-96; operative 7-31-96 (Register 96, No. 27).
4. Amendment of section and NOTE filed 10-9-2014; operative 10-9-2014 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2014, No. 41).
