Section 260 - Purpose of Article

The purpose of this article is to set forth the criteria under which the Board of State and Community Corrections may issue certificates of completion of training and to provide a means for recognizing specialized training completed by eligible staff.

1. Amendment filed 5-7-82; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 82, No. 19).
2. Change without regulatory effect amending section and NOTE filed 1-7-2010 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2010, No. 2).
3. Amendment of section and NOTE filed 10-9-2014; operative 10-9-2014 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2014, No. 41).
