Section 185 - Deadline for Compliance

All counties and cities participating in this program shall be in compliance with the standards and requirements set forth in these regulations no later than June 30 of each year.

1. Certificate of Compliance including new section filed 12-1-80 (Register 80, No. 49).
2. Amendment filed 10-22-86; designated effective 7-1-87 (Register 87, No. 22).
3. Amendment of section and NOTE filed 10-9-2014; operative 10-9-2014 pursuant to Government Code section 11343.4(b)(3) (Register 2014, No. 41).
