Sections 17896.6 through 17896.13 set forth the regulatory tier requirements (Title 14, Division 7, Chapter 5. Article 3.0, commencing with section 18100 or Title 27, Division 2, Subdivision 1, Chapter 4, Subchapter 3, Articles 2, 3 and 3.1 (commencing with section 21570) of the California Code of Regulations) that apply to specified types of In-vessel Digestion Operations and Facilities.
