Section 11721 - Application After Executive Director's Determination that a Notice of Intent to Proceed is Not Complete or from Executive Director's Disapproval of a Notice of Intent to Proceed Under an Abbreviated Regionwide Permit

If a project sponsor believes that the Executive Director has either improperly determined that a Notice of Intent to Proceed is not complete or improperly disapproved a Notice of Intent to Proceed, the project sponsor may apply for a Commission permit without waiting ninety (90) days.

1. New section filed 8-6-96; operative 9-5-96 (Register 96, No. 32).
2. Change without regulatory effect relocating appendices A-F and H-N to follow section 11990 filed 12-31-2020 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2021, No. 1). (OAL review extended 60 calendar days pursuant to Executive Order N-40-20.)
