Section 13355 - Environmental Information

(a) The executive director shall post to the commission's website detailed environmental information on the plan sufficient to enable the Commission to determine the consistency of the plan with the policies of the Coastal Act.

(b) Where the executive director determines that it is not feasible to distribute environmental information due to the size or volume of the documents, or because of the costs of such distribution, the executive director shall provide notice to interested persons of the location of the environmental documents that are available for review, and a list of those documents.

(c) The environmental information shall be distributed or made available to the public prior to public hearing on the plan.

(d) The Commission shall provide the opportunity for public comment in response to the environmental information prior to the close of the public hearing on the plan.
