Within five (5) working days of the approval or denial of a coastal development permit, or within five (5) working days of its failure to act within any specified time limits contained in Public Resources Code Sections 30621 and Government Code Sections 65950- 65957.1, a local government shall notify the commission and any person requesting such notification in writing of the final local action.
