Section 13238.2 - Report to the Commission

The executive director shall report to the Commission those projects for which waivers have been issued under this subchapter, with sufficient description to give notice of the proposed development to the Commission. Reports of waivers shall be posted to the commission's website by the time of the meeting during which the waivers will be reported. Any waivers subsequently issued by the executive director shall be included in the report for the next meeting. If, pursuant to Public Resources Code Section 30624.7, the Commission requests that a waiver not be effective, the applicant shall be advised that a coastal permit is required if the applicant wishes to proceed with the development.
