Section 13110 - Commission Procedures upon Receipt of Notice of Final Local Action

(a) This subchapter applies to appeals filed pursuant to Public Resources Code section 30603.

(b) Within three (3) working days of receipt of notice of final local decision that meets the requirements of Section 13571, the executive director of the Commission shall post a description of the development to the commission's website and make it available on request at commission offices. The ten working day appeal period shall be established from the date of receipt of the legally adequate notice of the final local government action.
