Section 13019 - Time and Reason for

The chairperson of the commission may call an emergency meeting to address a disruption or threatened disruption of public facilities, or other emergency situation as allowed by the Government Code Section 11125.5. At the start of the emergency meeting, the Commission by majority vote of the appointed membership shall determine that the emergency situation severely impairs public health or safety.

1. Amendment filed 3-12-82; effective thirtieth day thereafter (Register 82, No. 11).
2. Change without regulatory effect amending section filed 2-7-2019 pursuant to section 100, title 1, California Code of Regulations (Register 2019, No. 6).
