Appendix B
Disclosure Categories
Category 1
Persons in this category are required to report:
(1) All interests in real property located within or not more than two miles from the boundaries of the San Diego River Area. [FN2]
(2) All investments and business positions in, and sources of income, including gifts, loans and travel payments, from entities of the type to provide goods, services, equipment, leased space, materials, supplies or machinery to the Conservancy.[FN1]
With respect to consultants, the Executive Officer may determine in writing that a particular consultant, although a "designated position," is hired to perform a range of duties that is limited in scope and thus is not required to fully comply with the disclosure requirements described in this section. Such written determination shall include a description of the consultant's duties and, based upon that description, a statement of the extent of disclosure requirements. The Executive Officer's determination is a public record and shall be retained for public inspection in the same manner and location as this conflict-of-interest code. (Gov. Code, § 81008.)[FN2]
For purposes of this appendix, "San Diego River Area" means the jurisdictional limits of the San Diego River Conservancy as set forth in Public Resources Code sections 32644 and 32632, subdivision (g).
