(a) The following restrictions apply to the recreational taking of California halibut:
(1) Daily Bag and Possession Limit:
(A) In waters south of a line extending due
west magnetic from Point Sur, Monterey County: Five
(B) In waters north of a line extending due
west magnetic from Point Sur, Monterey County: Two
(2) Minimum size: Twenty-two inches total
length.
