Section 8.02 - Special Measures for Sport Fishing to Protect Public Health from the Immediate Threat Posed by Covid-19

1. New section filed 4-16-2020 as an emergency; operative 4-17-2020 (Register 2020, No. 16). Emergency language will be repealed pursuant to subsection (g) of this section on 6-1-2020.
2. Repealed by operation of Government Code section 11346.1(g) filed 6-4-2020; repealer effective 6-1-2020 (Register 2020, No. 23).
