(a) No Person shall leave, deposit, drop or scatter bottles, broken glass, ashes, waste paper, cans or other rubbish in a State Forest except in a receptacle designated for that purpose.

(b) Without limiting the foregoing, no Person shall vacate a Designated Camping Area without removing all of the above mentioned refuse thereon and depositing it in a receptacle designated for that purpose.
