No Person shall create noise which disturbs others in sleeping quarters or in campgrounds within a State Forest between the hours of 11 p.m. and 6 a.m. daily. No Person shall, at any time, use electronic equipment (other than that used in forest operations), including, but not limited to, electrical speakers, radios, or televisions which produces a sound that can be heard at more than 100 feet from the source.
