(a) No Person shall prepare, ignite, maintain or use a Campfire in any place other than a Designated Camping Area unless that Person has in their possession a valid state forest campfire and special use permit. Failure to comply with the terms and conditions set forth on said permit shall render it invalid for purposes of this Section.

(b) No Person shall prepare or ignite a Campfire which is or will be unreasonably large and/or dangerous to the surrounding land, or maintain such a fire after having been ordered by a State Forest Officer to reduce or extinguish it.

(c) No Person shall leave a Campfire ignited, maintained or used by that Person unattended.
