Collins Almanor Forest--Diamond International Hazardous Fire Area is composed of approximately 127,232 acres (515.1 km2) of forest land in Tehama and Plumas Counties. The exterior boundary of the area is described as follows: Beginning from the point of intersection of Hwys 36 & 89, approx. 3 mi.
