The Director shall have 30 days from the date the preharvest or initial inspection is completed, or in the event the Director determines that such inspection is not needed, 15 days from the date of PTHP filing in accordance with 14 CCR § 1092.16 or such longer period as may be mutually agreed upon by the Director and the Person submitting the PTHP, to review the PTHP and to take written comment.

After the public review period has ended the Director shall have up to fifteen working days, or a longer period mutually agreed upon by the Director and the Person submitting the PTHP, to review the public and agency comments, to respond in writing to issues regarding the conformance of the PTHP to the PTEIR and compliance with the Rules of the Board and to determine if the PTHP is in conformance with the PTEIR, Forest Practice Act and Board Rules.
