Article 1 - Introduction
Section 911 - Statement of Purpose
The purpose of these Rules is to establish District forest practice Rules and to establish standards in accordance with the policies set forth in Articles 1 and 4 of the Z'berg-Nejedly Forest Practice Act of 1973 (§§ 4511-4517 and 4551-4555 incl. of the Public Resources Code). Rules promulgated herein apply only to Timberlands.

and organizational; designated effective 7-6-78 (Register 78, No. 20). For
