The Executive Officer shall consider and grant test program exemptions from the requirements of this Article in accordance with section 2259.

1. Renumbering of former section 2293.5 to new section 2295, including amendment of section and NOTE, filed 11-16-2015; operative 1-1-2016 (Register 2015, No. 47).
